INTEXUS SAS, identified with NIT. 830032436, as the responsible party, presents VECARD, an application to generate digital identifications, and which requires permission to process your personal data requested at the time of your initial registration for the generation of credentials, as well as the data that is given to us by any means used by INTEXUS SAS, to develop and implement your inclusion and permanence in our databases.

INTEXUS SAS will contact you to provide you with ongoing information about the application, through the means you provide and also through any other means or communication channel to which you have mutual access.

Your biometric data, such as photos, fingerprints (among others), are optional for requests made to you by INTEXUS SAS through different channels and/or means, and in relation to these, if they are not provided we will understand that you do not access the proposed product or activity.

RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER

Your rights as the data subject are those provided for in the constitution and in Law 1581 of 2012, especially the following:

  1. a) Access free of charge the data provided that has been processed.
  2. b) Request the updating and rectification of your information in the face of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data, data that induces error, or data whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized.
  3. c) Request proof of the authorization granted.
  4. d) To file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the provisions of current regulations.
  5. e) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual duty that makes it imperative to keep the information.
  6. f) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data or

on data of girls, boys and adolescents.

EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION

INTEXUS SAS expressly requests your authorization to use your personal information for the following activities:

  1. a) Sending advertising about the products and services offered by INTEXUS SAS and/or its clients and/or its partners.
  2. b) Transfer of personal data, if the data subject is a common client of INTEXUS SAS and the ally and/or client and/or parent company and/or subsidiary and/or affiliate and/or national or foreign Business Group of INTEXUS SAS, to whom the data is delivered.
  3. c) Invitations to promotional activities.
  4. d) Sending offers that meet your needs or preferences.
  5. e) Sending gifts on your own behalf and/or on behalf of your clients and/or your allies.
  6. f) Develop business intelligence actions.
  7. g) Identify traceability and consumption patterns.

PURPOSES

We hereby inform you that your personal data may be transferred for the following purposes:

  1. To be consulted in public or private databases so that INTEXUS SAS can be informed about its clients, especially about their payment habits, among other things.
  2. In order for INTEXUS SAS to comply with its existing legal and contractual obligations or those that may be established with its clients.
  3. In order for INTEXUS SAS to provide your personal data to its suppliers of goods and services and/or contractors, national or foreign, to fulfill the objectives of the application’s functionalities, and also to the competent authorities when required.
  4. To inform you about the commercial conditions of the Program.

RIGHTS

INTEXUS SAS, as the data controller of personal data in the Program, informs you that you may exercise your right to know, update, and rectify your information at any time, and also revoke your authorization or withdraw from the application, when applicable, by means of:
